Candle Meditation

Welcome to the Candle meditation. It is meant for adults or minors under adult supervision and needs to be practiced for 21 days in a row. Listen to it in a calm place. The candle helps you focus better. It is especially for empaths, people-pleasing, and sensitive people. Length: 14 min.

  • Steps

    1. Take a candle and a lighter.

    2. Get in a comfortable position: sit down or stand up, and place the candle in front of you, about 50 cm from you.

    3. Breathe in with your nose and breathe out with your mouth.

  • Set the Intention

    that you and anyone doing this mediation feel safe and empowered.
